Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each order is made to order and approved prior to production to ensure accuracy and quality. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives with a defect or issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@shelhamerhatco.com. We stand behind our work and will make it right if there is a problem with craftsmanship or production.

Our patches are applied using a professional heat and pressure process designed for long-lasting adhesion. If there is an issue with patch adhesion or overall production quality upon arrival, we will take care of it.
